“After one use one of the bags has a tear and the plastic foot fell off. The tear came from the inside tube going through. The nylon shell should be 600 dernier not 300
It's a shame because your 10' x 20' tents are really high quality. I've owned my two for 15 years and they still work like new.”
“2nd time purchaser. Customers do NOT realize they need to save the original box from the canopy to use as a “protective” insert of supporting structure for inside the rolling bag.
It would mean a lot - if you offered an unassembled box to be shipped with the bag. I can’t purchase another canopy just to get another box.

“The instructions stated to use the shipping box to fit into the bag, unfortunately the shipping box was to badly damaged upon receiving, but no damge to the bag. The box looked like it got caught on something and tore the 2 sides. The bag was folded into the box, so the box would not have fit into the bag per the instructions. We retrofitted a box for the bag. Our 10*20 canopy fits great in the bag.”
