“I ordered the rolling bag to hold my new canopy but I ordered the wrong bag! I contacted customer service twice and the second call was gold as the young man hunted down the correct bag and sent it to me for free! It wasn’t a rolling bag but a great bag that held all the parts! Thank you!”

“We have 2 tents and both needed to have the bags replaced. Zippers ripped out on both no later than the 2nd time I used them. Horrible stitching and thin material. We have to baby it like we're handling fine china! And it's a TENT BAG, for crying out loud!!! Would have given less than 1 star is it was an option.”
