“This Gazebo looked great the day we set it up, Witch was fairly simple and stright forward.
the first time it rained the canopy filled up with water on all 4 sides,, the canopy stretch's
out to allow this to happen now its way to big, it does not fit very good from out of the box. So after 3 weeks its a total loss i contacted customer service 20 days after purchasing this hoping to get some assistance SHELTER LOGIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY THEY DO NOT CARE so dont think its does not translate to anything you buy from them ...there is much better options”

“Bought this product a month ago. Need a new awning. Was told to call back in a few months to see if they have ant at that time. Light tubular frame twisted in first wind. Rook collects water from every rain. Very disappointed”
