Just wish you would decide what sizes you are making and stick to them, have to modify the dock they sit on every time there is a size chage.”

“I’m a residential contractor and we get a lot of rain in are area. The Supermax canopy allows us to keep material dry on the jobsite as well as giving us a dry space to work under when the weather is bad. Great product!”

“#Sweeps I originally purcahsed 4 of these canopies back in 2020 when the pandemic started for us to use as additional outdoor work spaces to allow for more social distancing at our site. They worked very well for that, then when the pandemic was over we decided we could use them for our sitewide events we have several times a year. We used to use a whole bunch of pop up tents for shade but they would easily blow away in the wind and many became damanged quickly. We have these tents bolted together and just remove the tops when we are not using them for events. This year we purchased 2 more. I highly recommend these if you need shelter from the sun for your events.”

“Bought this from Northern Tool back in April 2021, by March 2022 the top cover started to disintegrate where it sits on the top tubes and holes are getting larger and larger. Now the holes are so large, the rain just goes all over my stuff i have in there including my truck!
I filed a warranty claim and in March 2022 and now it's June 2022 and all i get from John Rogers is "It's almost here OR It's on backorder OR it's going to ship out next week"
Northern Tool HAS this whole canopy set in STOCK for $550 and ready to ship; How come the manufacturer doesn't have the cover for it????
After this nonsense and waste of time and money, I will never buy another ShelterLogic product ever again because they DO NOT stand by their product BECAUSE IT'S MADE IN CHINA AND NOT USA!!!”
