“Had this - would like to replace with an metal top one that they offer a kit for under their Arrow brand. There is one side kit but 2 tops and frames. No guide on which frame kit the sides fit. Questions to customer service went unanswered. Decided to get Arrow 3 side metal. Out of stock. No reply on question when expected back in stock. Bought a Versa Tube cover last week.”

“Used these kits several times, usually holds up for a year or 2. Just put a new one on survived the very heavy winds we’ve been having in Southern California. We’re out of stock for quite awhile, glad they’re back. Use the shelter on back patio as an enclosure against sun, wind, and rain. Zippered door is great for moving things in and out. Have had it close to 7 years…works great. Covers last well, duration depends partly on how mild or severe the weather is. Frame has held up excellently. Would be five stars if grommets used for attachment in cover to frame were extra re-enforced. Usually the first thing to go bad. Bungee cords stretch and some times need to be replaced…that’s normal wear and tear to be expected.”

We are sorry to hear that is happening. Yes, the cover for this shelter is waterproof. However, water may be able to enter the inside of your unit via the floor or side panels underneath.
