“I bought this to put up over our patio furniture to sit outside in the rain as well as for shade. Last night the rain built up in the middle of the canopy and it completely collapsed breaking the pieces. I couldn't imagine if I had this over my vehicle what the damage could of been.”

We are very sorry to see this! As mentioned in your manual, this shelter offers protection from damage caused by sun, light rain, tree sap, animal - bird excrement and light snow. It is not live load rated and the cover should be removed during moderate to heavy rain, wind and snow conditions. “I bought this to protect my new car from bird droppings and tree debris. Wanted a simple and minimal design, and it had to be nine feet wide (not 10) so that we could still fit 2 vehicles in the driveway. It was easy to set up, looks great, and appears sturdy enough to last a long time.”
“This was drop-shipped and received 3 days faster than expected * I assembled it single handedly in under par. ** The only quality issues were minor (tarp stitching and grommet placement in some areas could have been better, a couple of poles needed slight reshaping to fit together ... but the problem was clear and was easy to fix.) All parts were included. *** I had one minor customer service issue -- which I addressed with the website contact and my message was answered and corrected hours later and without any difficulty and with extra courteous efficiency. I'd buy another product from ShelterLogic.”

“Very well made. Looks stylish without drawing too much attention- as "temporary" shelter I didn't want a shelter to look like I needed a permit so this worked great for me. I did make some modifications by adding screws to each of the leg connections (seems to me this should be the design) And I cut off 1 middle leg for better access since I could add a chain support on top.”
