All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “put up per instructions, up only 2wks received light powdery snow in less than 8 hours all corner brackets crimped & bent, all roof & side post bowed, center roof collapsed damaging stored items. Canvas has all pin holes. Spent 3 days installing 2x4, 2x6 supports to save stored items., Would not recommend buying to anyone.”

We are awfully sorry to hear about your tempo shelter. The model you purchased is not live load rated and we do recommend immediately remove any accumulated snow off the tempo. We do offer different shelters that are indeed live load rated.
