I had one little issue, THAT HAS BEEN SOLVED, the roll-up door was missing a slider on the zipper, i called ShelterLogic and they sent me a replacement door within a week without any hassle.
It's strong and so far, nothing negative to say.”

“I bought my shed in May 2021 a during the winter that year it ripped and was showing signs of being weathered,
i taped it and went on doing my yard work . I walked out this morning to it completely ripped open and when I touch it, the liner just falls apart. I emailed and got sorry it's out of warranty here is the link for replacement, why would I buy a replacement if they only last a year and I did not want a refund I wanted it fixed. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.”

Why would I pay for another product and then it do the same thing a year later, I only want them to replace it no refund and this seems to be an issue looking at other reviews . We are very sorry to hear about this! All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest submitting a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. Also, there are (3) different grade of material being the 7.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warranty and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs.
