Had to order a diff Color as they had none in stock from my initial order, then they didn’t even make note of that!
Had to call them several times, they finally shipped it and only the door came in. Had to call again. 3 months later it finally came in, without the other door. Guess I will be calling again!”
“The only reason I had to actually purchase the replacement cover was because I could get no response on my warranty claim of the previous one I bought. This company does not stand behind their product. Completely ghosted me on my warranty claim.”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow, it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. “I really thought when I bought this house wow that second garage in the back is awesome. Fast forward to being here 3 years and having to replace the cover on my shelter logic 4 times at 280 a pop it's not working out for me. I'm about ready to tear this crap down and be done with it.
