“The size i ordered was different than what arrived. Used it anyway and once installed could see numerous thin spots in material. Price for cover is almost as much as a whole new garage in a box. The material needs to be better quality.”

Please call our customer service line at 1-800-560-8383 so that we can gather more information and offer the best solution we possibly can. For general information, in most cases, the spots aren’t holes. The dying process of the fabric can cause variations in color and does not impact the durability of your cover. To be certain, you can do a water test on a sunny day. Use a garden hose to gently spray the outside of the cover. Then check inside the tent for any leaks. Lastly, we do offer (3) different grades of material being the 7.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warrantied and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. If you wish to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to give us a call.

“This isnt the first time we've replaced our round top. It's easy to do and only took us a couple hours. We have a bigger round top at our place up north which we've replaced a couple times also. That one takes more work but not that bad anymore.
