“We were happy with the replacement cover at first, but it has only been 9 months and there are already multiple holes in areas where it touches the frame, and the end piece has several areas where it is wearing as well. We aren't even in an area with severe weather - no extreme heat or cold!”

“We bought two shelters. First one broke after a storm.. completely in pieces. Second one the tarp cover ripped from sun on all sides! after only a year… got this replacement cover thinking we cold salvage the frame and use it for another year… 400$ later with 50$ in shipping and it didn’t fit. I asked if we could return as we only took the front panel out and realized right away there was no way it was going to fit on properly… we’ve done this a few times before and never had it not fit…. this isn’t our first time putting one of these together. They said that we would have to pay for shipping back (another 50+$) and the box had to be resellable…. 500$ basically in? To get 300 back? Silly.
I should have just bought a whole new entire shelter and frame for 450$ at Canadian tire.
This replacement cover is SO expensive and you can’t take it back…. Even after remeasuring a few times it STILL says it should be a 10x20x8 so I have zero clue why it doesn’t fit.
We’ve build our own entire house and barn so this little flimsy shelter isn’t rocket science for us…. Super disappointed and frustrated to be out 400$…”
