“The wedge anchors are ultra-cheap and the threads strip super easy. Easily half of the anchors stripped out and I had to go buy my own from the big box.”

“The purchase of the anchors was fine but after erecting my shed I found out I didn’t need the anchor set. I telephoned Shelter Logic and they stated they would accept a return and credit me the purchase price. They indicated they would send me an email with RMA labels. After two weeks with no email or labels, I emailed them back inquiring on the status. Here we are about two more weeks in and still no labels or communication from them in reference to following through on their assurance to accept the return and issue me a refund. The amount of the refund isn’t large nor the point. Basic good, true and sincere customer service is the point.”
