“poor quality. when boxes were opened, roof panels were scrached and bent, instructions were not clear, the spikes provided were not long enough and worst of all, the frame is already rusting!!!!!!”

“Happy with our carport, though it took much longer to put up than we anticipated. The frame came together quickly, but attaching the metal roofing was another story. We tried to align the drill holes while overlapping the roof plates, but never seemed to be able to square a row even though the frame was perfectly measured and squared, so we started over and stop worrying about hole alignment and drilled right through to make new holes. Suggestions: add some descriptive words to the instructions, the pictures aren't enough. Enclose a few extra screws, we were actually shorted by a dozen.”

“Hello. I purchased this Arrow Carport through Shelter Logic for my son and I must say we were extremely impressed with this Carport. First of all , it arrived 2 days early . A little ify on the tracking , but it got here very quickly (3 Days ) and it was secured on quality skids .
Once we opened the 3 boxes it came in and began assembling this carport , I was really impressed with the carport , but also the packaging and hardware. This unit is so well designed it is a no brainer why they offer a 10 year warranty. Took my son and I , 8 hrs to assemble and the finishing details like 3 rolls of sealer for the roof panels , edging for the front and rear edges of the roof , every self taping screw had a rubber seal ( we had plenty of screws to assemble this entire unit ) and amazing achors to secure the entire structure . This is by far the best carport I have ever seen comming from an on line purchase. Absolutely a 5 star rating.”
