“Wife relayed to me "the technician was very knowledgeable and identified/fixed the problem quickly". He also identified possible future problems with the existing flumes and stated "they will need to be replaced". Since Shipley replaced the last one, will these other ones be replaced? Thanks Mr. Sharpe”
