“Service man arrived promptly, was very polite and went right to work. Upon completely the service he informed us of everything that he did, even told us he turned off the light. The gentleman appeared very knowledgeable and as previous stated very polite. I am sorry I did not catch his name but he can come and service my furnace next time also.
