“Maleck and Joe were outstanding! They arrived and immediately told me I wasn't being charged for the service call - YAY! Went right to work to find a solution to my A/C not working while, and along the way they kept me updated on what steps they were taking. Even gave me a couple hints on how I would know it was happening again. Very polite, curtious and they worked great as a team! I did call the Shipley office as the guys were pulling out of the driveway but not sure the reason for my call got through to the management team as the person on the line was adament about discussing the charge for the service call although I'd explained all was good. HOPE THE GUYS GOT THE MESSAGE FOR THE REAL REASON I'D CALLED! Thanks Maleck and Joe!!!!”
