Please send a technician who is experienced in working on my Kinetics System 2000 Heater with Water Heater attached as I have had technicians say they have never worked on the Kinetics 2000 heater and always have to call their supervisor for directions in repairing the heater. All the technicians recently are from the companies that you have acquired not former Shipley technicians who were experienced on the Kinetics 2000 System. An experienced Kinetics 2000 technician should result in less service calls to you. Thank You.”
