“Thank goodness for the perservance of Shipley Technician Joseph "Joe".
Service was called when my furnace would not shut off and almost overheated. Joe spent hours testing and replacing parts before tracing the problem to a faulty value near the overflow tank. Parts were ordered. When he returned to repair, once again Joe stayed hours to ensure the heat was running on both floors and hot water flowed.
