They installed the new furnace and AC unit, connecting with my existing duct system.
After installation, they installed the upgraded thermostat, and gave a quick tutorial on how to use it.

“Ny was professional, courteous and explanatory. He did his best to fix the issue and we've had heat ever since. Unfortunately, after 3 hours of not working, it came on shortly before he arrived so all he could do was check stuff, clean stuff and ask questions. The true reason for the issue remains unresolved so we're worried it will happen again.”
