“The fellows you sent out (Kevin and Mike) were fine. However, when I set up my appt in the winter for June3, I was assured I would get my regular person who is Carlton Mesner (Haly Oil) who we have had for maintenance for many years. I would like to know why our request was not done. Carl is a great maintenance person and would like him to do our work from now on!
