“Tony is very good - polite, efficient, and knowledgable. I appreciate that he was able to return to finish this repair. After he was finished, he took the time to explain all that he did (replaced copper pipes and joints).
This part of review has no reflection on Tony, but I feel that a phone call about service time was needed. When I scheduled, I was told it would be between 8 - 9 AM. Turned out to be early afternoon. A understand that other emergencies (especially A/C) happens, but that was a long wait. Perhaps something need to be in place to communicate this type of thing to customers.”
