“While Shipley technicians and service are acceptable, they need to get better at their timing. No matter what window they give you, they will never show up during that timeframe. I get that there are always emergency service calls, etc., but not once since Shipley took over from Haly Great Valley has anyone ever shown up on time. It is at least an hour or two outside of the 5-hour window that they give you. And this is for routine maintence appointments which you have to make months in advance. Maybe they need to hire more people or manage their calls better.”
