John was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and spent some additional time to ensure the Beckett oil burner was set to perform optimally. The work was done quickly and conscientiously.
John took time to explain exactly how the control system operates for the furnace and increased my understanding as a homeowner.
The Oil Furnace is paired with a Bosch Bova 60HDN1-M15G heat pump and Honeywell T10 thermostat. The system replaced a 35 yr old oil furnace with York Air conditioner. As the Heat Pump configuration is new configuration to me, I will continue evaluate how well the new system performs over the summer and next winter at high and low temperature extremes.”
