“William, the service tech was fabulous! Would appreciate to have him the two times Shipley techs come to my house every year. Only received a 4 because the past two times I have had a tech come, and I've been using Shipley for 5 years, they NEVER bring the correct size furnace filters with them for my furnace. It takes 2 filters, each time, 20 x 1 x 12. Yesterday and the time in June, I had to purchase the filters. William saw the two I had and put them in. It costs me $78 for four filters. I would love to see this credited to my account. Contact me if you need the receipt. Appreciated William and his thoroughness, politeness and smile.”
