“It was not one of my better days, first of all I missed the first visit from the Tech, I do not live there I am the property manager, he tried to call me but my number had been entered wrong. After waiting 45 I called to see where he was and I was told I had missed him but he was in Red Lion and would come after servicing the next call. I waited another 45 minutes and called again and they told me he had rescheduled to 1PM. Finally had the 1pm visit only to find we had a gas leak so he relocked the tank and said I should have it looked at by a professional. I did, but they couldn't check their work because the tank was locked. So now I will be waiting again for a call to come and do a leak check. I started this process around Sept 5th, this is rediculous.”
“This visit was not HVAC but boiler. The gentleman brought 10 gal. of oil & restarted the boiler. He was here for a good while till all was said and done. He even went and got 10 more gallons to ease my mind that we would have enough to last the weekend till they delivered on Monday.
He did a great job even if it wasn't HVAC related.”
