TRAKK Spiky Massage Ball Reviews

4.4 Rating 99 Reviews
I herniated a disc in my neck, which created tremendous pain in my upper back. My doc shoved her knuckle in my back, right where the pain radiated from and it solved the issue for the moment. Clearly, I couldn't keep her knuckle in my back at all times! I went to physical therapy and they shoved a ball into the spot and had me press into the wall. Oh, it was heaven! This ball was slightly bigger than what my physical therapist had and it's spiky instead of smooth, but I like it sooooo much better. I put it on the floor and ease my back onto it, moving as I need to for a massage. PT has almost completely healed my injury, but on the days where I have a relapse, this ball is a godsend.

I am so happy I bought this item. I work a lot with my hands on art projects and this helps to relive some of that tightness.

Bigger than I needed for my foot pain, but it has still proven helpful and very easy to use. I recommend trying it out.

This seems to poke my feet more than massage them. I don't really recommend it. Too pokey.

You've got to try it out. It really works. I can take it anywhere and use it when I need it. I like that the package it comes in can be reused.
