“I contacted the company twice asking for a tread to be sent since it came without one. No response since 1/29/22. The clock tracker doesn't stay in one spot like it mentions you can select on. The peddler works but I don't think it's worth the cost I spent. I need it now for PT so will just deal with it. The comments are spot on and I should've listened.”
“If you just want to get your legs moving then this is fine, its priced very low and it's basic construction, a wheel with pedals. Not the smoothest but fine for basic needs.I have a more expensive one that pedals much smoother but it's much more expensive, you get what you paid for. This gets the jobs done.”
“I used the House Portable Exercise Bike for the 1st time today. I walk, but wanted something for those really hot day. I felt I got a better work-out in the 20 minutes I did on the bike than the 30 minutes I walk. The pedaling was a bit choppy at times, but I expected that. My biggest complaint was with the foot band. At it largest it did not fit with the athletic shoes the manual says to wear. I made it work. Over all I'm happy with the purchase, for that price. However I will probably up grade at some point for a mini that is smoother to peddle, even if more expensive.”
“When I received the product I started using it with my legs right away. I have a rare autoimmune disease that destroys my nerves and weakens my leg and arm muscles. This machine is perfect for someone like me with balance issues who can't sit on a regular exercise bike seat. I noticed while trying it on my arms that my tension knob seems to be broken. No matter which way I turn it, the tension doesn't seem to change. I emailed the seller right away and they responded very quickly offering a full refund because of the broken tension knob. They were very helpful and kind. The machine itself is really light, and still very helpful even with the problem I mentioned. I would recommend it to people who need exercise but have limited mobility like myself.”
