“I first got interested in over the calf socks when I really started to notice how much leg was showing when sitting down. I found this snippet of leg to throw off the entire outfit and I was painfully self-aware of it. After doing some research I found this wonderful pair of socks and was immediately intrigued by its unique shadow stripe and colour pattern, something exceedingly rare from socks as most are simply black or grey. My biggest compliment towards these socks is how they simply do not fall down, no matter how long you wear them or how much you move about, they truly are a magnificent solution to my conundrum. I have owned these socks for roughly 3 months and unfortunately they are starting to show their wear as I only have this one pair, although I intend on purchasing more. I understand that fine, dress socks will not last as long as conventional, cheap socks due to their thickness and despite this handicap, I will still opt for the more luxurious, elegant option any day of the week. A fantastic purchase that I do not regret in the slightest - 5 stars”

“I have several pairs of these socks. I get compliments all the time. I think they are very versatile as I can wear different color trousers with them. I wish they would wear better. I have to mend them often. It's important to rotate pairs throughout one's wardrobe.”

“The very first items that caught my eye at Fort Belvedere and at the Gentleman's Gazette Youtube Channel are the Edelweiss Boutonniere and the Shadow Stripe Ribbed Socks Navy Blue and Red Fil d'Ecosse Cotton. I must say that just with these two items, I have elevated my wardrobe to another level.
