“Great socks , I was always wearing a charcoal colored sock with my slacks . It didn't matter what color of slacks . I could not break the color barrier until I watched Gentleman's Gazette on youtube . I purchased 6 pair of the cotton stripe socks and 9 pair of the colored shoe laces . These are very nice socks and shoe laces . Now that I have worn the socks and have received numerous compliments I feel better and more confident about my wardrobe . The possibilities are endless pairing the socks with ties , pocket squares , and slacks . Very glad I purchased , going to purchase 3 more pair . Thank you Ft. Belvedere”

“These are my seventh pair of shadow-striped, over the calf socks that I have purchased from Fort Belvedere and, like my previous purchases, the satisfaction I have received from my purchase is without measure. It is difficult for those without standardized foot sizing to find high quality socks that provide every amenity promised. The burgundy and light grey socks pair perfectly with my burgundy oxfords and every pair of grey slacks I own. The subtlety of the burgundy/grey color pairing, ensures an elegant and fashion forward appearance.”

“The socks run slightly large. If you wear 12.5 shoe then I would suggest that you chose the size sock.”

“This is my second order of fashion socks. I used to wear only black OTC socks. They seemed to fit every occasion. BUT when I saw the Fort Belvedere selection, I tired a few pair. Now I ordered additional colors to complete my wardrobe. Fashion socks really finish an outfit”

“My people before Fort Belvedere would never stay up. These socks from Fort Belvedere are great. Love how they stay up due to the construction and over the calf length. I'm already getting great comments on them. Only improvement I would suggest is having more than three sizes. I wear a size 10.5 USA in Allen Admonds and Alden and a 9.5 in Crocket & Jones and Carmina. I chose a large but the heel of these socks just slightly creep out above the shoe line and are visble. Maybe sizing these more precisely would help but other than that I love these socks. Great design and feel. Quality is much higher than previous store bought socks.”

“Sure these socks are a little pricey but hey, you get what you pay for! Buy the socks, you won't be disappointed. The socks I wore before these were cheap mid calf socks that were always falling down and made of material that started to fall apart after a few washes. With these socks, they always stay up and look great every time I put them on. Thanks to the Gentlemen's Gazette, I not only have high quality options, but also know how to wear them! This has made a huge difference in my day to day wardrobe and the effectiveness of my wardrobe choices. Thank you!”

“I bought three pairs of socks and two came with a visible snag, one being on the ankle area making the sock unwearable. The worst part is that I bought them for some formal social events abroad and I noticed the issues too late, having to search for alternatives at the last minute. I expected something better from a $40 pair of socks. I got a refund from a courteous concierge (hence the 2nd star) but I will not be buying Fort Belvedere Socks again.”
