“Ordered a pair of the burgundy to try them out. Loved the feel and the quality of the fabric. Runs a bit large so I reordered, this time I went with one size down. Ordered two pair. As to your three questions, 1) needed socks to go with khaki chinos and burgundy loafers, 2) now I have exactly what I was looking for, and 3) I feel great, the sock colors are perfect and my friends compliment me on my good taste.”

“I'm always looking for unusual colored over-the-calf stockings, which are hard to find. These are the answer to a prayer and will compliment my gray suits when I wear burgundy striped shirts and.or ties. Unlike other brands, these seem to retain their ability to stay up around my calves and not end up around my ankles after hours of wear. People expect me to wear distinctive oaks and these help keep up my reputation.”

“At this price point, I expected more. They appear frankly on the cheap side. I gave them to my college age son and he wouldn’t go near them. Perhaps, a chew toy for my dog?”

“I’ve only had my pair for a few weeks but immediately noticed the difference. To start, the length of the socks pulling over the calf is key to preventing the unwanted slouching socks that are unconfortable and look unprofessional. I also believe the elastic tip and top help to secure everything in place. The material is breathable and comfortable. In the future I hope GG makes warmer dress socks for those who live in cold climates like Boston and Chicago. Likewise, while I like the variety of colors currently offered, it’d be nice to have some black patterns etc as well”

“Socks are good overall. They tend to slip down around lunch time but not fall completely. Also, they are a little thinner than I usually like. Other than that great socks!”
