“I was rather intrigued to try out the ‘Finest Socks in the World’ and must say that they are indeed very comfortable and suitable. I was also very impressed by the quality of service provided, from exceptional packaging and presentation, to the thoughtfulness of keeping me informed at every stage of the delivery process. It was a delight shopping with Fort Belvedere and I would certainly do so again in the future. Full stars!”

“I am a men’s shoe size 11.5. I purchased the “Finest Socks In The World” in a size Large as recommended. The quality of the socks appears to be excellent. Unfortunately, the socks are huge. I am debating whether to return the socks, or wash the socks and put them in the dryer on high in an attempt to deliberately shrink them. Suggestions?”

We're sorry to hear the socks are too big, Michael. All of our socks are designed to shrink to fit once they are washed and dried. “I am 35 years old and decided that these socks were the pair that I would (for the first time in my entire life) get married in. Unfortunately this came into the chronological curse of COVID-19 so our wedding had to be done in the confines of our own home via video chat with our loved ones and our officiant. We got married and I still felt like it was a special wedding day, partly because these socks felt so amazing against every contour of my feet and inside the leather of the Bruno Magli's I was wearing that day. Are they worth it? Buy them and find out for yourself. Once you pull them out of the opulent box, you'll understand that this is something special and once you put them on, you'll understand why they are valued at a premium. I have no doubt in my mind that I revived exactly what my wallet retrieved. 10/10. Would buy again.”

“I really don't like synthetic fibers when it comes to socks, I find then really uncomfortable. Cotton socks feel good, but they're usually so short and keep sliding back down... With a suit, I have to keep pulling them up and so my pants get more wrinkled faster. But then there are these socks. They stay up all day long and feel great. The silky sheen looks delicious too. It's a real confidence boost sitting down, standing up, walking around for hours and your socks still look like an architectural achievement. They're really worth it.”

“These are the greatest black socks I've ever owned. Unfortunately, after owning them for one to two months most if not all of the socks I owned developed a hole in the exact same spot. Right above the heel padding. I contacted support and was taken care of, the customer support is awesome, but one of the recommendations that was made was to hand wash them. That being the case, I decided to get cotton socks instead. Otherwise, I followed the machine washing instructions to the letter. Perhaps I was using them more heavily than they should be. In any case, these are truly amazing socks, just be gentle with them and be prepared to hand wash them. Sincerely, Someone who's found holes in literally almost every single one of these socks :(”

“I never could find over the calf socks that would fit my size 15 feet. These fit perfectly. The sock are the highest quality I have ever owned. Completely satisfied. I will be ordering many more going forward.”
