“These socks feel very nice. I didn't think they'd feel nice but after trying on a few different ones I realize that these keep my feet very dry and almost feels like I'm not wearing socks.”

“It is difficulty to find socks with proper sizing in the foot. I am a US 8.5D and the sizing chart recommends medium socks, but they are too long in the foot even after laundering. Otherwise, the socks are excellent quality with a sheer look one would expect from formal silk socks, while having reinforced heel and toe areas.”

Thanks for your feedback. All Fort Belvedere socks will be the right size once they are washed. They may seem large when you receive them but they will shrink to size when washed. Have you tried washing them?

“Few people are willing to maintain the proper standards of dress and of that few items are handed down generations since the quality allows it. This means fewer stores stock fewer items even in a City where numerous events require either white tie or black tie. I could not find any silk over the calf socks or the proper white tie. Paying more for overnight shipping than the cost of the items, eas painful and seemed high, I was able to wear proper socks so even if no one noticed I felt confident.”
