“First, these are an indulgence purchase. A old wool sock will keep your hand warm. But if you are going to indulge do it here. They are very lightweight about 2.7 ounces per pair. Great styling and comfort. Ordered a size 9 - 8.5 would give a tighter fit but not necessary. The unique benefit is the colors and sizes available. There are no comparisons that I could find. I believe GG sources and demands product quality and sells for reputation not volume. The only funny thing is I put them on in the car and take them off there, afraid I may lose them otherwise.”

“Gloves themselves are beautiful - fantastic leather and comfortable lining. Warm too. My issue is from the button - the button cap came off literally within moments of my opening the gloves, from the first time I tried to button them. Needs to be constructed better.”

“These gloves are really comfortable and fit my hands well. There is a notice stitching imperfection on one of the fingertips of the gloves and I hid it with some trimming; overall, the quality is good.”

“The gloves arrived well-packaged in a lovely presentation box, which was a nice surprise. They are soft and lovely, and fit my hands snugly as they ought. This is my first pair of nice gloves, and they are in a completely different league than the gloves I've bought from department stores over the years. The rich, burgundy color will go nicely with my black and navy wool coats. I look forward to wearing them.”

“I've been upgrading my style for a while but I only recently focused on gloves. After having too many boring dark brown and black gloves, I decided to go for something with higher quality and a distinctive color. Enter Fort Belvedere gloves. I followed the sizing guide and measured 8. Ordering that size gave me a perfect snug fit. The gloves themselves are stunning: the leather and lining are unlike anything I'd had before. The burgundy color is lovely too. It's dark enough to be in business environments but not so bright that it distracts attention. Overall, they're wonderful!”
