“Love it. The colors are variegated not just one solid color. It transitions from a clear red to a more tomato red/orange that makes it look very real and blend with more colors of clothing and especially ties. The pistils in the center are very realistic. This is not a silk flower from a craft store.”

“1. I have been searching for a poppy that is excellent quality that replaces the paper "poppies" that are often worn at military and veterans events. This has been an excellent boutonniere to wear during applicable events. 2. This product has been extraordinarily useful for me especially considering that I am active-duty US Navy, and we are remembering 100 years since the end of World War I and 50 years since the Tet Offensive during the Vietnam War. 3. Many people have been very complimentary of the my poppy, and Fort Belvedere was very helpful in ensuring I received it in time for an event.”

I'm sorry to hear that it came a little wrinkled. You could try to steam it carefully so the wrinkles would come off. Do contact us at contact@gentlemansgazette.com so we could assist you better. We've always been careful in shipping boutonnieres as they are delicate. This could be a bad apple from the bunch. I apologize once again.

“I had a "poppy" from one of the veteran's organizations for years. Lost it. Not overly worried since I thought I could easily replace it. Wrong. Looked online. It all looked like junk. I wore real poppies--one year. They were nearly as hard to find and didn't last. Enter Ft Belvedere's silk option. Does it *really* look as good a a fresh cut poppy? No, of course not. No one would ever confuse the two in a side by side comparison. But from across the room? You bet! A great value too! The inexpensive artificial versions are what is meant when someone says, "You get what you pay for." Cheap crap. Real flowers look awesome, but the price per wear is outrageous. This poppy might be pricier than all the others out there, but with the tiniest of care (putting it back in the box it shipped in and putting in the drawer), not only will I be able to wear this gem for decades, I'll be able to pass it along when the time comes. Sadly, most of the comments were from folks who didn't know what it means. No comments at all about the quality (so far). We'll see when the weekend is over. ABSOLUTELY recommend.”
