Hi Edward! Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. We can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. We always suggest that you consult with your physician or a licensed medical professional before beginning or changing your nutrition program, including which supplements you take.

“I love your product, the Mag R&R. I had been suffering from severe lower leg cramps for almost a year. I tried just about everything until I purchased your product. Within 3 days of taking this product my leg cramps miraculously disappeared. I can now sleep through the night without waking up 4 to 5 times and my legs are finally healing from the constant cramping and pain. I occasionally get a cramp during the night, but only once a week or so. This product is absolutely amazing and I will continue to order more!”

“I used the get severe leg cramps at night after extreme exercise but after taking the muscle recovery supplement I have not had a single cramp and I am sleeping much better! Highly recommend!”
