“I was skeptical but I have found that taking one and sometimes two a night has resolved my severe foot and leg nighttime cramping. At times the legs starts to build up to a cramp but issue dissolves before discomfort. I quit separate magnesium and melatonin pills”

“I have to admit that I am sleeping better since starting on MagR&R. I do take 1 more mg of melatonin with the 3 MagR&R capsules because it works just a bit better. Haven't had any muscle cramps yet, so that's a plus. Will continue as long as it helps.”
