“My current order is for my brother who like me suffers from nighttime leg and feet cramps. When I found this out I told him how satisfied I was with Mag R&R and decided to treat him to a bottle to give it a try. “I find taking just one pill before bed to be enough for me. I would say I'm 95% cramp free every night. It works for me and I'm getting solid sleep almost every night. I'm 72 years old and very active during the day. So far, so good!”

“I don’t write many reviews, but this works. I have been getting debilitating, painful full-leg cramps for several years even though I was taking multiple magnesium capsules at night. These cramps were so bad that I couldn’t even move when I had them. I was getting them frequently and when I would wake up in the middle of the night with leg cramps, I would take several swigs of Old Amish Muscle Tonic and that would take away the cramps in a few minutes. The tonic tastes awful, though. Much better, however, to not get the cramps in the first place. Within the last few months, I purchased Mag R&R. I have a large supply of magnesium capsules, so until I have used up those capsules, I have only been taking 1 capsule of Mag R&R at night along with several magnesium capsules. I have only had leg cramps one time since I started with Mag R&, and that has apparently made the difference.”
