“I've been taking these for about 3 weeks. One pill did nothing for my leg cramps, but I slept better until the cramps became unbearable. I increased to 2 pills at night and sleep great, but cramps are still showing up but a little fewer than before. I want to try 3 pills, but am a little concerned because my cartiologist reccommended 400 mg and 3 pills appears to exceed 400. I'll talk to him on my next visit about the dosage. I do sleep better, but pickle juice does about the same as the pills for the cramps. Neither one of them last all night.”

“It has worked on keeping the cramps down in my legs. The only problem I have is I feel sleepy during the day and I think it must be from the melatomin. I am only having to take 2 pills per night, thank goodness!”
