“I'm 74 yrs young and I don't get any exercise am on oxygen. At night I was getting bad cramps in my feet and legs. My Doctor suggested that I drink more water I drink 64 - 72 oz a day also tonic water, friends said bananas, well I've tried all and nothing worked completely. So I tried RandR and some nights I actually have no cramps but only if I do all.”

“Ankle and foot cramps at night are debilitating. I am taking two capsules each night AND am wearing an herbal salonpas type of patch AND socks. Within a week the cramps have almost disappeared. Thank goodness. They were so bad that if I got out of bed and could no longer stand up I was stuck on the floor waiting for massage help from my husband.”
