“I'm 74, not exercise active, past 3 months never get any sleep due to hand, top of foot, shin, calf, thigh cramps ALL thru the night. Tried pickle juice, (one night relief), Mighty Mg magnesium supplement, essential oils, epson salt baths, Deep Blue ( like Ben Gay), and none helped. Bought Salt Wrap MAG R&R and had instant relief for approx. 2 weeks with just occasional cramp in hands and foot. Now, for some reason the cramps are returning, not as intense as before Salt Wrap product but it has become an issue with my sleep. Will continue with MAG R&R and hope for the best”

“I’ve been taking this for a while now and my husband has been having body cramps at night that wake him so I gave him this to try and he was amazed! No more cramps and he slept really well, even dreamt. He said he hasn’t slept that well in a long time and didn’t have the body cramps waking him at night.”
