“I do not have cramps, just pain in lower back and legs. It has, over time, gotten better. Taking 1 capsule per night seems right. I can take walks again and, with patience, will get all better!!”

“I have been using these supplements for about 2 months now. My leg cramps are reduced; only occasional upper leg cramps now. I used to get them nearly every night and had to get up and try to get relief from agonizing pain in my upper legs. I take two before bed, which also has a relaxing effect. I would have given them 5 stars if they were not so expensive. Offering return customers lower prices would be nice.”

“When a product comess along that actually works, I will give it a review. This worked for me. I tried knee wraps, little pills from Amazon, B complex vitamins, even pickle juice but nothing worked. The first night with these, the leg cramps were much reduced. I'm a bigger guy so I tried two pills before bedtime and now 90% better. I'll settle fot that. I have to. These are the only thing that worked for me.”
