“I’m 85 and have had nocturnal cramps for at least five years. I’ve tried everything but nothing relieved the cramps. I took Advil until I ruined my stomach. Now with MAG R & R my cramps are gone and I am able to sleep all night. It works!”

“I'm 84 years young, and have been taking MAG R&R for over a month now. I'm so happy to find relieve from the awful nighttime leg cramps. I take 1 capsule before bedtime along with a capsule of magnesium glysinate. Around 2 or 3am I take another capsule of MAG R&R to get through the night. I'm so happy to be able to sleep well again! “My leg/hip/feet cramps were off the chart to the point of me screaming in pain. I can’t even tell you how much money we have spent to help with this miserable condition. The first night I took it, it started to work and I’m on it for 3 weeks now, cramps have tried to come back but with Mag R&R their not nearly what they were, I have a 99% of no cramps at all! I love this product best I’ve tried yet! I tell all my friend about even tell my doctors. I’m 79 years old and sleep like a baby with little to no CRAMPS! Just wish it was a tag cheaper since I’m on social security and my income is so limited, please make an option for seniors, but make them show ID… lol. Thanks for such a GREAT PRODUCT!”
