“I suffer from dehabilitating leg cramps that are especially bad starting in the evening and into the night. To make it worse, I also have restless leg syndrome at night which makes the cramps worse. I have seen doctors and done significant research trying to find anything that might help ease the cramps and restless legs, allowing me an opportunity to sleep at night. About 4 months ago, I found Mag R&R and started taking them in the evening. After a few nights, the cramps and restless legs essentially disappeared allowing me to get a complete night's sleep. I have searched for a night time leg cramp remedy for over 20 years and tried many, many potential solutions. I am happy to say that Mag R&R has significantly improved my overall health by allowing me to finally sleep comfortably through the night.”
