“They are working for me with sciatica pain and leg pain. My husband is taking them for leg cramps a d seems to be working well. Also, helping with sleeping better..great product.”

“It’s been 9 days since I started taking 3 Mag R&R capsules before bed and I have had no night foot/leg cramps except for two mornings when I thought, oh no here they come, I rolled my feet a few times and the feeling went away. Nine days of no cramping after nightly periods is f unbearable leg and foot cramps! I’m just keeping my fingers crossed!”

“I gave R&R Magnesium a try last year for muscle cramps! These capsules worked but what I didn't realize after beginning this capsule , I have experienced the best sleep from R&R and have highly recommended to many Family and Friends many times”
