“I no longer have muscle cramps at night, thanks to MAG R&R! Yikes! To be awakened in so much intense pain, and then not being able to get out of bed to walk it off was serious. But Mag R&R along with magnesium supplements during the day has made all the difference. Thank you!”

“I started using R&R for about 3 weeks now.It didn’t work at first because I was only taking two at night,I was still having some cramps but not as bad as before.Then I read the suggested use is three before bed now it’s working great leg cramps are gone .Wow what a difference.I would recommend this great product to anyone who suffers with leg cramps at night.”

“Started taking these and couldn't feel it after the 2nd time. Very quick to react in the system. Sleeping better and legs appear calmer. I did start off with 2, reduced to 1.”

“I have nighttime cramps in my feet and legs. It will wake me from a deep sleep and I have to get up and walk them out: sometimes multiple times a night. As long as I take my Salt Wrap magnesium, I have no issues. (I take 3 until I get them under control then cut back to two) They’ve been a lifesaver for me.”
