“I had leg cramps at night and after taking mag rr they went away. I also started lifting weights again after years off. I have yet to suffer really sore muscles the next day. I have gained alot of muscle and considering my age (40) and the weight and reps I do I should be really sore. Before using Mag RR I would lift and be so sore I couldn't move my arms or legs for days. I truly do think this helps tremendously with muscle recovery.”

“I've been using Salt Wrap R and R for over a year. I take 3 capsules every night before bed. I used to get very painful leg, ankle and foot cramps nearly every night. Now, with R and R I don't get that terrible pain that wakes me from sleep. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers nightly leg cramps.”

“I’ve been using MAG RR for over 3 years!!! It has been amazing for my leg cramps at night. My husband found you and I’m so thankful. I’m 58 and my husband is 63. We just started the Collegan and hoping we get the relief so many others have written about. I also started the daytime Mag 3D. Will let you know after a month how I’m doing. “I was having a terrible time with leg and foot cramps almost every night. very much disturbing sleep. I saw the MAG R&R advertised. I read all the material, the reviews and decided to try it. I also read an email about the dosage. Taking one capsule has made a significant difference. I believe it has been a couple weeks now and I have only had two nights cramps woke me. Making a difference, for sure. I continue to take a capsule each night.”
