“I bought this for my husband he has a lot of health issues and has suffered from restless legs and leg cramps most of his life he was already taking an extra strength magnesiumn supplement at night for about the last 6 weeks the cramps got so severe that he would jump out of screaming he has an extremely high pain tolerance so i knew it was really bad he increased his water intake drank more electrolites an added potassium but the cramps persisted so i searched online an your product was the first that came up he has been doing 3 before bed and has had some improvement hopefuly with a little more time on it they will stop”

“About 1 month ago that I woke up with 2-3 leg cramps and I was in pain for about a few minutes and my husband kept trying to massage me and telling me to relax. The cramps kept happening about 3x a week. After taking your product, I could control the cramps when it's started to come up on the first week and last night, I slept peacefully without any signed of cramping when I slept. It helped my husband with his cramp on his chest also. THANK YOU so much for your product. The only thing I would request to take away whatever effecting me for being sleepy”

“I did write a review and sent it in but here goes again. I love the magnesium. I used to have cramps every night so bad I can hardly stand it and leave my leg sore the next day since starting using the salt rat magnesium no no night cramps wonderful wonderful love it and yes, I’ve already recommended it to friends”
