“I am a 77-year-old man. I remember, as a preschooler, waking up in the middle of the night because of bad leg cramps and yelling for my dad to help me. I have had leg cramps all my life and have tried almost every remedy that ever came on the market. MAG R&R is the first one that helped. I tried it for a month to see if it worked. I realize that nothing works the same for everyone, but this is truly worth trying. “First night - worked well. Hadn't slept for 6 hours straight in long time. Each night, less and less effective. Tried more than one tablet - no difference. Went back to and tried many combinations with my usual sleep aid (Min-Tran from Standard Process) but could not find any formula that stopped the RLS, which causes me to get out of bed. Min-Tran just allows my body to sleep. (Mineral-Tranquilizer). Now, yours is of no help at all. However, the company is quite legit and upholds promises quickly and without question. Although the product did not work for me, the company was impressive in their handling of the situation.”

“The R&R seems to help. I am still taking 2 Magnesium tablets, 1 Potassium tablet, and 2 R&R capsules for nightly leg cramps. Still working on the correct dosage of all to prevent them altogether.”

“I've been using MAG R&R for a while. Most nights I have either no cramps or just getting out of bed makes them go away. Sometimes I do have to get out of bed and rub a muscle relaxer, so it is not 100% efficient. I do wish that it had more melatonin in the formula so my sleep would be easier and perhaps if I only had a slight cramp I would not necessarily wake up.”
