“MAG. R&R My wife and I have been using this product for a couple of weeks. I have had more relaxed sleep and fewer cramps. My wife’s cramps have reduce in severity and frequency. Not a 100% but with continual use that might happen. Thank you for this product.”

“This stuff works for my severe nightly lower leg cramps. I started with 3 caps, and initially, the cramps decreased after a few weeks, but they returned (but less frequently). I went to 4 caps a few days ago, and have not noticed any more cramps. I will continue with four nightly. I am now 81 years old, and in reasonably good health with spinal stenosis. So far, the elimination of my severe cramping has increased my comfort zone considerably. Thank you.”
