“Even though I was skeptical, I decided to try this because nighttime leg cramps had become a serious problem for me. I've had them since junior high school (I'm now 77) and all doctors ever did for me was check my potassium. When it was normal, they just pretended I never said anything about cramps. I haven't had a single cramp since I started taking this. I began taking 2 capsules/day for the first bottle and then went to 1/day. It seems to work just as well.”

“I have suffered with severe night time leg cramps for years. Nothing worked. Bananas, Pickle Juice, even bars of soap under the sheets. MAG R&R is the only relief I have found. I take 4-5 a night. I exercise and drink lots of water.”
