“wrap made of comfortable material, sticks together and can use on calf, knee or thigh. Came as advertised and on time. Would have liked it to get warmer and last a bit longer, perhaps more specific instructions as to how to do that. But overall, easy to use.”

“I suffered with leg cramps at night for years. I started taking Mag R&R in January 2022 and have all but eliminated them. I would never had believed it if I wasn’t the one experiencing it. Just ordered another 3 bottles. Good for another nine months!”
