“I need to take 2 of these capsules before bed to stop the nighttime cramps in feet and legs. One capsule often isn't enough. But two work fine, along with some tart cherry juice. I will continue ordering these into the future to stop the nighttime muscle cramps. Thank you, SaltWrap!”

“I recent started seeing a chiropractor and they suggested taking a magnesium supplement before bed to help with falling asleep and staying asleep.
