“I use Mag R&R to reduce or eliminate leg cramps at night. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can take the MAg R & R and get cramps at night and I can omit the product and not get the cramps. Many other factors are at play.”

“I had terrible cramps and pain in my legs so I bought the nighttime muscle relief. It has helped tremendously! I ran out recently and didn’t take it for about 4 nights and I noticed a big difference. I got up tbe next morning and ordered more!!!”

“The Mag R&R has given me better sleep and less cramping in a very compromised foot. I have had multiple surgeries on my right foot and I’m sure arthritis has settled in as well. I’m grateful for the relief in pain and unbroken sleep.”
